We’re excited to announce we will re-open for business on Monday, June 29, 2020. Our hours of business are 10 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday (closed Sundays).
We thank everyone for the patience and support during this period.
As you and your family move to resume your activities within the community it is our collective responsibility to stay safe and keep others safe as COVID-19 remains a part of our lives.
The measures we are taking are outlined below.
Health & Safety Measures
We continue to remain vigilant in our efforts to protect our staff and community against COVID-19. With this in mind, we are implementing the following safety precautions:
- Clients and staff are required to wear masks.
- Hand sanitizer will be placed at the store entrance and in dressing rooms.
- All staff are required to have their temperature taken each day prior to coming into the store. Any staff with a temperature will be asked to stay at home.
- Store cleaning will take place twice a day – before opening and mid-day.
- We will wipe down all credit cards and plastic surfaces that are being consistently touched throughout the day.
Clothes Shopping & COVID-19 – Our Approach
A study by the New England Journal of Medicine has reported that the virus lives and spreads via surfaces for up to 24 hours.
Our stylists will be using this guideline to manage the rotation of clothes that have been tried on. For example, an evening dress that has been tried on will rotate to a storage room for 24 hours before being added back to our showroom floor for other clients.

Appointment scheduling is now back online at riziks.com. We are accepting appointments but have designated times available to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation is done prior to client arrivals. Available times include: 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM. Our focus is on creating a controlled environment that will ensure the safety of clients and staff.
Bridal & Evening Gown Fittings
While we’re re-opening on the 29th, bridal fitting and evening gown appointments will resume on July 6, 2020.
We are not offering virtual appointments at the present time though this may be possible in the future.
That said, our stylists are equipped to be of service virtually. If you have a specific need (for example a new business suit) a stylist can contact you for specifics (size, designer, color preferences) and send images of available merchandise that matches your need. Merchandise can be set aside in a dedicated dressing room in advance of your appointment (minimizing communication and contact while you are in the store). We can also arrange to have clothing delivered (at an additional cost).
