Rizik’s Response to COVID-19 – Store Closed Through June 8th, Appointments Being Rescheduled

On Wednesday, May 13th, Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser has extended District’s Stay at Home Order, which includes the closure of nonessential businesses, through June 8, 2020 (see notice).

We thank everyone for the continued patience and support. We’re constantly monitoring the latest on the status of COVID-19, both locally and nationally and our primary concern remains to keep our clients and employees safe.

Appointment Rescheduling

A member of our team will be reaching out either by phone or email in the next day or two to help facilitate the rescheduling of appointments. Please know that while we can reschedule appointments at this time, our store re-opening will depend on decisions made at the local and national levels (and thus may warrant additional rescheduling).

Client Communications

For those clients needing to communicate with stylists during this time for services started prior to the store closing, we do actively monitor email ([email protected]) and phone (202-223-4050).

Store Updates

We will continue to provide updates; so please visit our website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) for the latest information.

We look forward to serving you when we open for business as regulations allow.
